AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION — CERTIFICATION OF TEACHERS (Requires that teachers be certified in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillator (AED) use prior to teacher certification, with exceptions for the disabled and those employed in a school which lacks AED device.)
